Most Common Issues

MacOS Incompatibility with AirPods Replicas

A common issue with AirPods replicas is their compatibility with MacOS. This issue is caused by the inability of the replicas to fully support iCloud, resulting in an iCloud verification error. The issue can be resolved by first forgetting the AirPods on any iCloud device (iOS, iPadOS, etc.) that you were previously connected to.

Audio/Video Pausing Frequently with AirPods Replicas

Frequent pauses in audio or video transmissions when using AirPods replicas are a common problem often caused by the in-ear detection sensors. This issue can also occur when the AirPods are not securely seated in your ear. To resolve this issue, you can either choose different ear tips (on the Pro models only) or disable in-ear detection in the settings.

Bad Sound Quality or Bass Issues with AirPods Replicas on iOS

This is usually caused by the “Headphone Customization” feature, which is enabled by default on iOS. To resolve this issue, go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Headphone Customization and disable it.

  • On the Accessibility screen, scroll down to the Audio and On-Screen Text section.
  • Use the slider to adjust the volume balance until the audio sounds calibrated.

None of these fixed your Problem?

It is possible that your AirPods arrived faulty or are now damaged beyond repair. You can try performing soft and hard resets, such as leaving the device uncharged for a period of time or playing music rather than forgetting it, in an attempt to fix the issue. If none of these methods work, your best option is to contact the seller and request a refund or replacement.
